Transportation
The Des Moines International Airport is located 35 miles from Ames. We are willing to assist in transportation from the airport. Please contact us to make necessary arrangements.

Player Check In/Check Out
Day campers should check in before 9:00 AM each morning at the Cyclone Soccer Complex located east of the Lied Recreation Center.  Pick-up is at 11:55 AM.  Early drop off is available beginning at 8:30 AM.

Residential campers will check-in between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM on Friday morning at the Maple-Willow-Larch Commons and will check out after closing ceremonies at 4:00 PM on Sunday afternoon.

Release and Medical Authorization Form
A completed and signed Release and Medical Authorization Form must be on file prior to the beginning of camp to participate. No exceptions will be made. A physician’s signature is not required on the medical form if a copy of a recent physical is attached. The physical must be dated within one year of the camp start date.

Camp Insurance
Cyclone Soccer Camps provides secondary accident / medical insurance. The parent/guardian’s personal or injury insurance policy will be utilized as the primary insurance for the treatment of injuries or hospitalization of illness or injuries.

Confirmation Letter ~ Additional Information
Upon receipt of the camper’s application and completed Release and Medical Authorization Form, a thorough checklist of necessary items for camp, directions and schedules will be emailed.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.  If you need to cancel, we must have a faxed note of cancellation and if applicable a doctor’s diagnosis in order to issue a credit.  Cancellations before May 31st will receive a 50% refund.  After June 1st, no refunds will be issued.
